I come from a financial background specialising in customer service and support within a corporate banking team. My previous position concentrated on supporting applications, encompassing all things within a financial remit, with a strong focus on customer service. I joined StoneHouse Logic in 2012 following a company re-location in my previous position, and have continued to strive for the highest calibre of customer support.
There is no typical “Day-in-the-Life” for my role, as it incorporates several different areas of the business, supporting a number of the key elements within the daily operations of the business. My position is incredibly broad ranging, from supporting directors with their project workload and assisting with the accounts right through to the after-sale care for customers preparing welcome gifts and overlooking contracts.
In addition to my position as “Lead Detective in the StoneHouse Logic Grammar Police” from my support with preparing presentations and customer newsletters, I am also in charge of the Marketing Outreach and PR. Whether this is pestering customers about our upcoming events or buying the beers and chocolates we send to customers and prospects, it can be something of a Love/Hate relationship.
Outside of StoneHouse Logic I am a Mum of two young girls, whose social calendar takes precedence over mine and my husbands’, supporting the community with local events and acting as a Brownie Leader. I also enjoy travelling including camping, or as the office jokes would point out “Glamping”, I love the great outdoors so long as I can relax with a glass of wine afterwards and home luxuries like my hair-dryer! On a typical Saturday I enjoy socialising with friends and family as cliché as that may be, unless it is Strictly Come Dancing season, in which case I will be glued to the TV.
