The Platinum support contract is designed to provide an IT manager role within a business that is growing and requires access to multiple network infrastructure staff, software specialists and IT business management at a cost equal to employing a junior technician. The contract can also be used for an expanding company to enable infrastructure upgrades at a reduced cost due to the unlimited hardware project days, eliminating service day charges.

This contract offers unlimited on site work, proactive information strategy advice to the board and enables IT staff cost savings. It supports proactive maintenance work planned for current servers and network infrastructure. Time booked on site to complete any work required to ensure infrastructure does not stagnate and avoid any possible downtime. This compared to our normal network contracts ensures that not only is proactive support being carried out but the network servers are maintained such as an onsite IT manager would complete.


Specific long term project work undertaken is included within the Platinum contract; such as network housekeeping, server decommissioning and workstation rollouts as well as offering monthly updates and reports for use in board meetings. These can include updates on current project work, critical issues, and monthly improvements made to the IT systems as well as case reports and proactive forward thinking project information.
