Our Network Engineers are responsible for pre and post-sales desktop, network infrastructure and server application support. This includes implementation, end-user training and support. The team is setup to allow near unlimited progression based on a high level of support delivered to our customer base and successfully completed projects. Our Software Support Technician’s assist our customers in their use of their bespoke software solutions including particular Sage packages. The Technician will be responsible for pre-sales application support, business application implementation, project management, end-user training and support on a range of Sage business applications. Software will primarily be Sage 200 Suite level solutions.
