Regional Partner

As a result of the continued high performance over the last few years, increasing by 25% on average each year, we are looking to expand into new regions to build on the overall potential of the company. As an accredited Microsoft Gold Partner and Sage Business Partner you can be assured that you are joining a successful business, dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our customers. The main aim of this role is to work with our Operations Director to develop sales opportunities and follow up on lead generation within your designated remit.

The day to day core responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Managing office operations, including business administration etc.
  • Work with our central marketing resources to generate visibility with local businesses.
  • Manage staff, performance appraisals, motivation and general administration.
  • Ensure efficient operations and drive to maximum net profit in region.
  • Assist with credit control, supplier and customer financial transactions.
  • Lead generation of known businesses and targets to prospects.
  • Communicate with prospects to move toward solution proposal.
  • Project management of solution delivery, using StoneHouse Logic services as needed.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and efficient use of resources.
  • Ongoing customer relationship management as Regional Partner.


Our Network Engineers are responsible for pre and post-sales desktop, network infrastructure and server application support. This includes implementation, end-user training and support. The team is setup to allow near unlimited progression based on a high level of support delivered to our customer base and successfully completed projects. The roles we are always on the lookout for range from desktop support to network project consultants. Whilst not an exclusive list of requirements as each role has a different list of attributes.

However we look for someone who is able to:

  • Work within implementation team on new customer and new application installations.
  • Prepare project management plans and reports to customers and internal management.
  • Provide technical support to customers and end-users, ranging from 1st line to 3rd line support.
  • Attend training, conferences, staff and team meetings as required.
  • Be flexible with regard to working hours when requested.
  • Work on technical presales and offer assistance to sales team.
  • Experience of Microsoft desktop applications (Outlook, Office etc.).
  • Experience of Microsoft server technologies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willing to travel to customer sites, full driving licence.
  • Complete research and development projects, creating documentation around areas of interest to the business.


Our Software Support Technician’s assist our customers in their use of their bespoke software solutions including particular Sage packages. The Technician will be responsible for pre-sales application support, business application implementation, project management, end-user training and support on a range of Sage business applications. Software will primarily be Sage 200 Suite level solutions.

The business has a wide range of roles within the department but typically we would be interested in speaking to people who are able to:

  • Provide application consultancy for needs analysis and project design phase.
  • Work with the implementation team on new customer and application installation.
  • Provide application training to end-users on initial implementation and ongoing.
  • Provide technical support to customers and end-users.
  • Attend training, conferences, staff and team meetings as required.
  • Take an active role within the team and provide cover in another member’s absence.
  • Be flexible with regard to working hours when requested.
  • Have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Have the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Have the ability to prioritise workload, to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Have an understanding of and commitment to equal opportunities.

  • Provide Pre-Sales technical support assistance to sales and marketing team, including product demonstrations, presentations and consultancy.
