The desktop support engineer will be responsible for pre and post-sales desktop support, there will also be some exposure to network infrastructure and server application support, implementation, end-user training and support.
Consultancy – Installation – Support of Windows Desktops, Office 365 and Windows Server platforms (2003 – 2008 – 2012). Typical size networks 5-150 stations some multi-site and mobile workers.
Future progression in the team would depend upon performance and aptitude in these roles and could lead to a network implementation role.
