Regional Partner – West Yorkshire

Throughout my professional career I have worked with customers & suppliers at all levels to provide effective business solutions. During the last 22 years I have been employed in, and have gained a vast amount of experience and training within the IT and Communications industry, specialising predominantly in Finance & Distribution, Manufacturing and CRM systems (in particular Sage). In addition to the practical experience I have gained, I am also accredited in project management, with a PRINCE2 qualification in project management obtained from the APM group.

The main responsibility for my role as regional partner is to act as the main point of contact for our customers in West Yorkshire. One of the most unique characteristics about this position is that there is no “typical day” for me; I work to suit our customers’ needs in a variety of different scenarios ranging from simple hardware installations, through to high level user training and project developments. As a partner in the business I take an active role in all tasks; from admin through to Business Development & Sales, Customer Advice & support and supplier management.

Outside of work I love to spend time with my 8 year old daughter, Holly. But, when I’m not looking after her I thoroughly enjoy photography and fell walking, and am dedicated to completing as many of the Wainwright fells as possible. I do enjoy the more obvious pass times of relaxing with friends and family, but more than that I am a keen history buff and I consider myself something of an amateur Genealogist; studying my family history.
